The patient portal is a secure website that provides access to your personal health information and allows you to communicate privately with your physician. An app is also available for mobile use on Apple and Android platforms as well. On our portal, you can:

• Send and receive secure messages with your doctor (NOT FOR URGENT PROBLEMS OR EMERGENCIES!)
• Request refills
• Request referrals
• View your statements and bills
• View your medical record
• View your appointments and request appointments
